Rousge Reward not working

About an hour ago I purchased with my points a Rouge Reward for $100. I received the email and tried  to activate it and it just opens to a blank page with the address at the top stating "merchant.wgiftcard.com. The page is completely blank though. I tried to refresh and nothing comes up. I tried on multiple formats, mobile, html, desktop but still only a blank page. 

I have used them before with no problems so I have no idea what is going on except it may be a glitch.
