I was never able to get my celebration gift... every time I checked it only showed VIB. I wanted the 750 points....

I was just able to get mine but I had to use the website on my phone. My iPad or app aren’t working.

Hello! Can you advise when the points would be available? Others online seem to be able to access this, and I am a loyal Rouge member who would be grateful for this to be fixed! 😀 (Edit: I had this in my basket and returned to my basket when I got home and it was listed as out of stock - now I cannot find it anywhere on the site. People discussing on Reddit can see it. Please help!)
