Rouge status

Hello! I’m trying so hard to understand how Rouge works. 

I reached rouge status a couple of days ago, so 11/05 and it says I can enjoy rouge status up until 12/31/24. I see where a lot of people have reached rouge status at the end of the year and it transfers over. Will mine transfer over? I’ve spent roughly $1500-$2000 this year.

@RosaReyes Congrats on unlocking Rouge status! As you unlocked Rouge status on 11/5, you'll remain Rouge through the end of 2025! I hope this clarifies.

@RosaReyes If you reached Rouge this year it should transfer over to the next year. 

That is how mine has always been. Maybe it needs time to update. You can always ask customer service.
