Rouge status ?

I was about to purchase some stuff on Sephora and was asked to add $25 more to reach Rouge status. I just made a purchase around $90 and my status isn’t updated and neither did I receive my rouge credit of $100 ….please explain and resolve

@Devashini Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your account to update! I see that your account now reflects Rouge status. Congratulations!

 

Additionally, if you're referring to the $100 Rouge Reward, I am not seeing that you were able to successfully redeem a Rouge Reward recently.
