Rouge status and points gone

My rouge status (and membership in the Beauty Insider program) as well as points, has been removed from my account!! What happened?!

Same thing happened to me!! My rouge status is still here but all my points are gone.. I was under the assumption that points don’t expire when you are rouge, was I wrong?
