Rouge shipping benefit???!

So is anyone else experiencing issues with receiving packages? I am Rouge status and Sephora touts 3 day free shipping for Rouge members. I have yet to see this happen. Last order, the box was smashed, tanning product came without the cap on top and it wasn’t even in the box! Half of it was spilled. Also missing some of the samples I ordered. It was like they just threw in whatever. What’s the deal?

I never received a message AND my orders still take over a week! Beautylish can deliver in 2-3 days always and I don’t have a “status” with them.
