Rouge reward

Hi, 

I just cashed in my points for a $100 rouge reward and I received an email stating that it is now available in my beauty insider account or my basket.  I do not see it in the checkout page.  How do I access my $100 off?  Usually it is in my basket but it is not there.  Please help.   Thank you.
