Rouge red card

I became a VIB Rouge member a couple weeks ago and haven't received such card I've read about. Is this something I should've received by now? When I hit VIB back in March I didn't get that intro either but have for the last few years. This is the first year I've hit Rouge so I'm pretty excited about it and would appreciate what comes along with it. Thank you for your time!

Hi @huskergirl11, sorry for any confusion surrounding the Rouge cards! To clarify, in an effort to reduce plastic, we are now transitioning over to the virtual Beauty Insider cards, which can be located on the app. As such, we no longer hand out physical Rouge cards. Thanks for your understanding!

I heard they aren't giving vib rouge cards out anymore. But that might have been bad info. I do know the stores will give the gift of you ask. Or online will as well but it's slow to upload and finally kick the offer out to you. I've been vib rouge for almost 4 yrs now. My mom just became one a little over a year ago and she never got the red card and was told she won't. She just gives them her normal vib card but she did get the vib rouge gifts and perks.
