Rouge member not receiving samples.

I am a Rouge member and I am not receiving the samples I added to my orders. It has happened 3 times and I would like to know why.

@keykey, I'm sorry to learn of your experience! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
