With covid closing sephora stores for our safety, what will happen to the 4 makeovers we received with rouge membership this year? Can we get points instead now?

Thank you for replying. I initially had rouge membership and when I updated it again in December 2019, I was offered 750 points or 4 makeovers. I am asking if I can have 750 points instead of makeovers now since I obviously can't avail the makeovers that I had initially decided to use in March 2020.
