Rouge level

Do not understand why I'm having trouble reaching rouge. Received emails saying I only needed $73 to reach rouge.  Ordered $220 + tax at store in Rochester, MN, then spent $75 + tax at sephora in Kohls. Then received an email saying I only needed $8 more to reach rouge. 

What am I doing wrong

I'm sorry to hear this! You should be able to track your spend on the app or web browser by clicking your BI Summary page (https://www.sephora.com/beauty/profile-beautyinsider) then scrolling down to Points & Spend activity. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
