Rouge gifts?

Since becoming Rouge member I haven’t received anything indicating special events or gifts for Rouge members. Apparently there’s an email that goes out but I don’t get them. I get the other Sephora emails...

Hello @Antoinettemp and @Anonymous. Unfortunately, that is misleading, they are generally referring to gifts with purchase or promo codes for online orders that are available to all beauty insiders, or occasionally ones that are available to VIB or ROUGE customers only. There aren't really any gifts just for free, only with other purchase.

I was scrolling through to find someone with this same question. I noticed earlier today that Rouge members are supposed to get a monthly gift? I’ve never received a monthly gift nor an invite to any special events. What gives? If there’s a monthly gift for spending that much money I’d kind of like the free gifts I haven’t been getting.
