Rouge benefit: makeover

hi... I was casually checking my beauty insider page and noticed that I dont see anymore anything about Rouges getting as many full beauty makeovers as we want. I am rouge and that's the main reason for me to keep being one... can someone confirm it is still a benefit for rouges? thank you

I just called the Sephora Rouge line because I also couldn't find it anymore and they told me that it's no longer complimentary for Rouge members anymore. This might be a Oct 1 2018 start thing but they told me you have to spend $50 per session for make up and $75/session for skincare to get the service.

I'm extremely disappointed with Sephora, I honestly don't see the benefits of being a Rouge anymore? The little crappy "gift" each year, alleged 3 day shipping that's always late, stingy-ness with the sample, I'm sick of it all. $1000 is quite a lot of money to be spending in one store and there's no reward or reciprocity in the loyalty.

Hi @amez, I'm sorry for the confusion.  I just verified that the complimentary Rouge makeovers are still free for Rouge clients.  If there are going to be any changes made to the program, everyone will be made aware.

I just spoke with customer support via live chat, the 45-min custom makeover is still available and free to Rouge members, but for some reason it's not an option available anymore to schedule via the website or mobile app. Going to call my local store later to find out more details and hopefully schedule the free makeover. I can follow-up if you'd like.

Hi!! Thank you!!!Yes , please. I wonder if we can still schedule online and then when we show up there and put our emails, they will know you are a rouge and be ok. Call the stores to schedule is a pain hehehehe

I called my local store, where I'd be scheduling the appointment, per the store director, the associate I was speaking to went and asked them, the Makeup Deluxe makeover has replaced the custom makeover until further notice. So it will be free to Rouge members.

@FabsConti Yes, just make sure to reserve the appointment through your Rouge account online.
