Rouge & Points are all gone?

I am suppose to be Rouge this year and I still have my status as Rouge but all my points are gone. I’m at 0 points (I’m suppose to be at 1500+). I hope this is just a glitch or maintenance error on Sephora’s side. Does anyone know anything about this and what’s going on?

Something similar happened to me today. I am VIB Rouge through 2018 and had over 3000 points in my Beauty Insider, but went to check my account today and found that I am not even listed as a Beauty Insider and all my points are gone. I sent them an email and hopefully will get a response. This has apparently happened to quite a few other people recently as well, so hopefully Sephora will resolve it soon.

This happened to me too! I sent them an email, and I hope to get all of my points back! If they do not respond, I am going to go to the store.
