Rouge Tier celebration gift

It is my 4th year of being ROUGE and my celebration gift disappeared. I was planning to get the makeovers. Anybody else experienced this?

Yes! I noticed this as well.  My experience with Sephora's tier programs is that once we are in them, in my opinion, I am not explicitly made aware of what is going on in terms of what is no longer offered.  Clear communication is so critical to trust.  I hope Sephora is open to being transparent in what is no longer being offered. I've noticed over the years that im having to search for answers regarding questions whose answers should be easily accessible (i.e. instead of what is what is also no longer).

Same, I just re-qualified for rouge and didn’t get the bonus for rouge, soooo disappointing

crazy... I would be qualifying for another year of rouge but I'm not really seeing any perks...
