Rouge Tier Celebration gift end of 2019

Hello!

I put in my last order to qualify for Rogue last week of December 2019 and saw my celebration gift available. I didn't get a chance to redeem it at the time but almost a week later it was gone. I had put it in my cart before the new year and when i wanted to check out an order a week later including my gift it was "no longer available".

Can someone help me redeem my gift? Do I call customer service? Spent all this money last year to qualify for Rouge and for the free flash shipping and its still not working.... 😞
