Rouge Tier Celebration Gift?

I made an in-store purchase on Dec. 31 that qualified me for Rouge again this year. I opened up the app to get my 700 pts gift and a little notice popped up at the top saying I could get my celebration gift if I clicked it, but the page it brought me to didn't have the option. It looks tier gifts aren't going to be a thing as of Jan. 1 but it seems kind of ridiculous that Sephora took away the gift for me to redeem when it wasn't 2020 yet. That's the entire reason I bothered going into the store to meet the $1000. Will Sephora still honour this? Or should I return the stuff since I don't really care about being Rouge anymore.
