Rouge Status Error

Yesterday when I checked to see if there were any high point rewards to choose from I noticed my profile showed I’m no longer Rouge status & now am VIB. I’d love to know how that is since I spent $3,000 as of 12/28/23 which grants me Rouge status through 12/31/2024. Has anyone else noticed their status is screwed up? I contacted BI through the app chat & supposedly there was a glitch in the system & my status will be fixed in 3 to 5 business days.  It seems like there are constant “glitches” where I’m continually having to contact Sephora about my account being screwed up, most often with points. It’s almost to the point that it’s comical that I have to contact them to explain why my points are incorrect and how many I should have since I’m to get double for using my Sephora credit card but often do not, even after waiting 72 hours for the doubled points to be added. Is anyone else having nonstop issues bc for a company this size you’d think things should run a little smoother?
