Rouge Shipping Changes?

Has the 2-day free shipping for Rouge changed? I placed an order on New Year's Day and it was shipped yesterday on 1/3. Estimated delivery date is 1/9 and on my order it's listed as 3-day free shipping for rouge instead of the 2-day shipping. I didn't notice until now so I put something in my cart to see if maybe I selected the wrong option; However, when I look at shipping options it gives me the 3-day free rouge shipping and says I have to pay $10.95 for 2-day shipping. What?! I've been a Rouge for a few years now and the 2-day shipping is one of the better perks of that status and I've always gotten my things in 2 days. Are they now taking it away? That's ridiculous! So upset!

I called CS and they re-enrolled me for free. I don't know why they took it away...that's never happened before. I've never had to re-enroll.

I was wondering why my two day shipping never actually came in 2 days anymore. 

Honestly I try to buy directly from brand websites they have really good deals and give you trials +++ ends up being less then buying from Sephora

@KhaosKara rouge still has two day free shipping but you may need to enroll in it again. Just search flash shipping and enroll in it - it shouldn’t charge you it should say free! Also not sure where you are located but some people are experiencing delays because of the recent storm that was up the east coast!

Oh my gosh - thank you!!! I completely forgot you had to re-enroll (CS should do this automatically, but anyway). You're a lifesaver!

I feel like this rouge designation is a crock. I just got it earlier in January. Since then my (two) orders have been lost by the warehouses then put on a slow boat to my house. A Jan 29 order is still outstanding as of this writing. It shipped late in the day on Feb 3. It is the 7th today. Whenever I contact customer service about it they give me a bogus delivery date. Clean up your act!

i am having the same problem. i am going to talk to corporate after im finished my classes. I only shopped for beauty products at sephora for this perk and i havnt been able to use it. Pretty upset because i ordered january 1st and its telling me it didnt ship until today and it wont be around for over a week via canada post
