Rouge Reward Activation Link not working

Hi. About 24 hours ago I was able to redeem 2,500 BI points for the "$100 Rouge Reward". The activation email came through with in a half hour or so, and a few hours later I had decided what I wanted, and was ready to redeem the $100. Upon clicking the activation link, I was taken to a blank page. All the code was intact, but nothing was loading/showing up. I forwarded the email to my desktop (since that was were I originally redeemed my points for the reward I assumed the desktop/moble deviation could have been a contributing factor), but trying it again there, the same thing happened. I decided other people who also got the Rouge $100 might be having the same problem, and it would possibly be resolved by tomorrow. So I waited and tried again today, with the same result. I would really like to be able to redeem my reward today. Can anyone help with this issue?
