Rouge Reward $50 cancelled!?

Anybody else successfully checkout for rouge rewards then 2 minutes later get an email saying it was out of stock? How is this fair? I have spent over a month trying to get these rewards. I got an email confirmation stating it was successful then right after that a cancellation email!  How is this ok?

@RebeccaBT  I had something similar (but not exactly the same) happen for which I've not been able to get any assistance.  I doubt I will this time either, but since you seemed willing to assist the other customer, I'm throwing this out there. I ordered, and successfully received, a $50 reward on Christmas Eve.  When I attempted to redeem the reward on Jan. 1, your system glitched, my order disappeared, and when I tried to redeem the code, the system told me it had already been used.  It has not, and Sephora knows that.  Despite this, the only recourse I received was to get my points back.  I was then told to check the Bazaar at 9 a.m. PST to get another reward. This resulted in a significant waste of my time as no $50 rewards appeared for the full hour I checked the site. A customer service agent I contacted later that night told me that I had "technically redeemed" the reward, and was not entitled to the relief I wanted, which was to be able to use that code or an equivalent.  She implied that I was lucky to get my points back.  She hid behind the Terms and Conditions, specifically the fact that a code can only be redeemed once.  My code was never redeemed.  I don't think that is a good faith interpretation of the Terms and Conditions.  I'm incredibly frustrated by this.

I was so happy when saw it in reward, usually I never catch it. I added it to the basket, clicked checkout... It disappeared. I was so heardbroken.

 

Please, allow us the check out the $50 & $100 reward for at least 1 hour.

I have the same problem. Trying for a month to get it and now finally that I got it 5 minutes later I got email that it's canceled. WHY????
