Rouge Referral Code

Hi there! 

I am trying to share my Rouge Referral Code with a friend for them to use - but every time I try to send it, it says that the link has also reached its maximum amount of redemptions. This is not possible since I have not sent the code to anyone else.

Could you please help me with this so I can send her a working code?
