Rouge Monthly Gifts? 2 Day Shipping?

What is this monthly gift and why have I never received anything since becoming a VIB nor a Rouge member? Also, is the 2 Day shipping a joke as well? I never get anything in 2 days. Heck, I wouldn't be mad if it got here in 4 but it is always over a week or more before I get my orders.

Hi @Anonymous. The monthly gifts refer to our promotions, some of which are ROUGE and VIB exclusives. In addition, while FLASH 2 day shipping is free for ROUGE and a one time $10 charge for VIB and BI's, the shipping time frame depends on the time your order is submitted, if any hazmat items are included, the delivery address as well as if there are any processing delays. The monthly gifts are actually gifts with purchase @Anonymous. Sephora will send you an email at the beginning of the month containing a promo code that can be redeemed for 3 travel size products with a minimum purchase of either $25, $35, or $45.

I recently became VIB - but I received emails with โ€œgift with purchaseโ€ promotions all the time (at least monthly) as a BI. If these are the โ€œmonthly giftsโ€ this chart is reflecting, I think there is an issue with advertising.

I donโ€™t recall ever getting a monthly email for the rouge gift and Iโ€™ve been a rouge for a long time. I also havenโ€™t received the renewal gift... Itโ€™s been disappointing lately...

@juliehnguyen Thank you for your response! I thought I did, I used to get regular emails from Sephora but then only when there was a special event. Now Iโ€™m so upset my points are gone my Rouge status doesnโ€™t exist itโ€™s telling me to join! I have things in my cart and the year is not over. Even after having a rough time with Sephora the last couple of months I still decided to renew. Iโ€™m so upset does anyone know what happened? There was no email stating that I am no longer a Rouge I had a lot of points I saved to cash in. I am truly upset and have been a good customer for years... ๐Ÿ˜ž

@MallyGirl1 based on what I see, your status is still listed as Rouge (the icon to the right of your username says Rouge). However, you may want to reach out to CS to see what happened to all your points. You can post this in the Customer Support Group so that a MOD can assist you or call CS at 1(877)SEPHORA for immediate assistance.

Thanks again for your response, I did and my points are back now. The problem I now have is that with all the issues Iโ€™ve had the last few months with Sephora, theyโ€™ve canceled orders without letting me know and there were some other issues no call back etc... then a horrible concierge email that went to the supervisor to try to correct, Iโ€™m going to come up just shy of Rouge this year for the first time ever. Had they let me know they canceled an order a large one due to part of it ending up being out of stock I would have re-ordered and been able to maintain my beauty budget and made the Rouge. I feel bad that I wonโ€™t renew this year and wish Sephora would be able to take a look back at all the goof ups and extend my renewal date by a month... My question is I have to use my points today or Iโ€™ll lose them right? Iโ€™ve never been in this situation before with them...

I'm sorry to hear that your orders have been canceled lately @MallyGirl1. It happened to so many people and it really sucks that it is during the holiday season. Sephora has really been bombarded with all these orders due to various sales the past two months but still this is unacceptable. As for your question, your points do not expire unless your account is inactive for more than 18 months, meaning you do not purchase anything at Sephora or do not redeem your birthday gift. The only thing Sephora resets at the beginning of each calendar year is the dollar amount spent (it goes back to $0), which is used to determine status.

Thanks so much for your response @juliehnguyen  it means a lot! I know they were so overloaded but if they were prepared a little better I would still have my Rouge for 2018... Right now Iโ€™m hoping theyโ€™re doing something with the points because again I โ€˜m at zero but listed as Rouge. I would like to claim my birthday gift but it wonโ€™t allow me.  I know itโ€™s just a status but this just makes me feel sad. So many hard things going on in life right now and this was something that made me happy. Kind of needed it๐Ÿ˜Š.  Again thanks for your kindness and Happy New Year! ๐ŸŽ†
