Rouge Event

Hello! 

I became Rouge about a week ago, and I never got an email about the Rouge "Holiday Preview" Event? I don't know why I didn't, as I'm Rouge... I get all emails from Sephora but for some reason I didn't get one about the event (my friend asked if I could RSVP on my email so we could go together, but I didn't get an email so I couldn't RSVP) Could it be a glitch or something?

as long as you have evidence that you are a rouge member you should go for the event they will not turn you away.

Just show up for the event and how the card (physical or electronic card)

I refreshed your email subscription for you! Try signing up for the event here > http://www.sephoraevents.com. Several stores have filled up already but I would still try.

I just got the email about it and when I go to rsvp I keep getting "please enter a valid zip code". Ugh. I'm so annoyed. That is a valid zip code. I've tried three zip valid codes. I give up.

The link should have started working yesterday afternoon! As @brookeebrown mentioned you can reach out to CS for additional help if you were not able to sign up. RSVP is required for the event.

I'm having the same issue! I've tried so many zip codes. Is email the only way to RSVP?

that's weird!! i would post this in the customer support group and they should be able to help
