Rouge 20% Savings Event code not working

My friend sent me her link to share her Rouge code with me but everytime i click on the link all it get in an error that sais this:

"Oops! Something went wrong.

Please reach out to the person who sent you the link."

She's resent the link a few different ways and i'm the only one she's sent it to. How do i get this link to work? i've tried logging out of my account compeltely and then back in after using the link.
