Rouge 20% Off Referral Code Not Working

My friend sent me her Rouge 20% off referral code and it is not being applied in my basket. The code can be used from April 14-17 and I'm trying to use it today, April 14. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thanks.

Same issue here I think it’s an everyone issue, I don’t know anyone that the rouge extended to a friends worked🥺

I’m still having troubles using my code. It says the code is applied but it’s only giving me 10% off.

I just realized that it’s because the code didn’t apply to the ordinary products. Are those not on sale?

Hi @kara6706,

That's correct! The Ordinary products are excluded from the Savings Event. The exclusions are: 

Not valid on The Ordinary, MAC Cosmetics VIVA GLAM products. Clients are limited to one Dyson item, one Shark Beauty item, three Nutrafol items and three tarte Shape Tape Concealer per SKU per transaction.
