Rookie Status haven’t moved!!!

I answer LIVE questions and up to 500+ in support I give... I’m active, I post and assist in groups and o haven’t moved! I’m actually getting exhausted and not moving a bit on my status is a bit of a shock! I should already be at the Go-Getter and yet I’m still stuck! Please Help or I’m just going to quit this altogether. It’s exhausting and such thankless work!
