Rogue reward

  • I know I can't return something if I didn't like it and bought it with my rogue reward. Am I able to exchange an item though?

Unused and unopened items can be exchanged in Sephora stores only for the exact same item (for example, if the item was damaged). I'm sorry it cannot be exchanged for a completely different item.
