I dislike that you have to have a reward of 750 points or higher to receive your reward with your points without additional purchasing. I already make quite a bit of purchases through Sephora Kohl’s and the site itself, when new rewards become available they go so fast. The problem is I don’t always need to buy something when I find a good reward, or I just bought something prior. It’s kinda frustrating that you have to buy something every time if you want to receive a product to try that is under 750pts. I understand why to an extent, but it also bugs me. I feel like if you’re getting at least 200 points worth of redemption it could be free without additional purchases or at least 300 would be nice. Now at a business level I understand shipping costs but, Sephora is a large nationwide brand. To me, it’s such a bummer. I’m curious if this will stay the same or has a possibility of change. Anyways I still like and will continue purchasing from Sephora, it’s just a thought.
