Rewards

So my credit card rewards did not disappear, I still have them. But today I tried using it and the transaction did not go through. So I redid the transaction but now it says that my credit card rewards have been redeemed. Is this an issue with their updated system?

I experienced the exact same thing that my purchase didn't go through, but the credit card reward shows as "has been redeemed. I called Sephora customer and they asked me to call Comenity. I was on hold with Comenity for 10 minutes and a lady picked up the call, but she was sorry that she couldn't help me since this is a "reward" department issue. She put me on hold to transfer, but no one picked up the line again...

I'm so sorry to hear about this! Our credit card partner, Comenity, has experienced recent outages and they're working to resolve all issues including credit card reward issues. I recommend contacting Comenity directly so that they can look into this for you. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused!

I contacted Sephora first and they said to call Comenity, I called Comenity and there said to contact Sephora

@reyrosie11 I'm sorry for the misinformation you were provided. Credit Card rewards are handled by Comenity and they will be able to assist you further. It is likely their system is not fully up and running again to look into your credit card rewards so I recommend contacting them at a later time. Thank you!
