There must be a way for new rewards to be posted in a better way .. it's literally been months of trying to use my 1000 points and I never get the chance! I don't want them to expire!

I'm so sorry that you have not yet been able to redeem a high point value reward. We do release new rewards every Tuesday and Thursday to give our clients more chances to redeem these exciting rewards. I recommend keeping an eye on the Rewards Bazaar on those days to increase the likelihood of snagging one of these awesome rewards. 

Rest assured, as long as you make a purchase, redemption, or even redeem your birthday gift, your points will not expire!
