Rewards system is extremely frustrating

I have spent thousands of dollars at Sephora over the years, frequently reaching Rouge status, and yet I've never once been able to redeem my points for any of the higher level rewards because they're always sold out. Why does this system even exist? You only stock 300 units of a reward product... but you have thousands of people waiting to redeem their points... which they earned by spending money at your store? So much for rewarding me for shopping when I can't spend my points on anything worthwhile ever. People have been complaining about the bazaar for years and nothing has changed. Literally cannot wait for a chance to dump these points and move on to a different store that actually has a rewarding points system.

I understand how frustrating it can be to save points and experience difficulty with redeeming higher‑point rewards, as they tend to be more limited in quantity. I hope you're able to redeem your points for something you love in the near future!
