Rewards sold out

Can someone please tell me how I can ever get my hands on some of the bigger rewards? I’ve been a customer for 12 years and have yet to score something over 500 points. Even when I get a notification of new rewards and go to it immediately they are always sold out! Help!

I saw an email at 9:10am this morning and most of the items were available!  Definitely refresh at 9am and see 🙂

I would refresh near 12EST or 9am pst. That’s when it’s usually release. I scored the youth 1,000point reward Tuesday around 12:10 when I went for lunch.
