Rewards points not credited

Hi there, I had a big shop in Sephora today but was told my points could not be credited because I do not have an address in the city. They did say I could get them added because I have my receipt. Can someone help me with this please? Thank kirsty

That is strange. The Cast Member should always add the purchase to your account if you are located in the US or Canada. I'll send you a private message to assist you.

looking forward to the DM - for info, I was not in the USA, I was in Seville, Spain. They said the points counted but could not be added on, even though I showed them my account.

Please note that international purchases cannot be added to your US Beauty Insider account and vice and versa. Loyalty Programs differ from country to country. Thanks!
