Rewards items canceled / received wrong item

Hi, I jus got email from Sephora that 2 of my rewards claim items were cancelled due to out of stock. I checked on Rewards Bazar, I still can add to my shopping cart. This is not the first time. I got wrong lipstick reward item instead of what I claimed. Durning holiday season, I can understand not include every orders for complementary 3 samples but rewards items are not acceptable. It is very hard to claim what I want because most of items are always out of stock in seconds. Don’t ask me to call or email to customer service. I know that i can get only sorry message. I have one more order in progress, pls don’t cancelled my rewards items.
