Rewards for Rouge members

Why does the rouge member rewards seem to go down more more. I feel like as a rouge member you spends so much money there. And they always take rewards like the flash shipping and the free makeovers. It’s like what’s the point of spending so much money there. When you have basically the same rewards as a VIB and they aren’t even spending nearly the amount as us. Just sad the program is going down hill.

@Joey411 I totally agree! and they keep saying thanks for the feedback blah blah blah but they don't listen to us! it's so ridiculous! I can never snag any good rewards. i have over 16000 pts and cant snag the $100 reward. sephora doesnt care about customers

One other question my renew my Rogue status but never received a special gift for doing that. Did Sephora take that away too fro the Rogue members?
