Rewards expired

Hi, I noticed that my rewards expired on 1/1/2024. I know that the account has to be active in some way for the points to not expire, but I know I have made purchases at Sephora multiple times this year including picking up a birthday gift. I’d really like the reward points back.

@j2024 sorry to hear that!  Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, or redeem a reward, the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year. I'll be happy to take a look further and I'll send you a message.
