Rewards cancelled??

Just got an email that the promo code and 100pt reward got cancelled from my order. They’re still showing as in stock though. What gives?? Can you please add the items back in or cancel the order? I time my purchases specifically to pick up the promo codes and rewards of items I want to try. I’d rather make my purchase from Shoppers drug mart if all the BI perks get cancelled anyway.
