Rewards & Samples Missing

As a longtime VIB, I am quite concerned that over the last several months order fulfillment and shipping have been slow with missing rewards and samples. I am not receiving 2-Day Flash Shipping even though I renewed and paid for it 4 months ago. How do I go about getting the rewards and samples missing from my last order? Will Sephora reship the missing items? If not, will Sephora compensate me with Beauty Points? Please advise.

I've noticed this too! My last online order came missing all three samples. So disappointing. I've noticed that over the past year I would receive different samples or rewards than I had selected but this was this first time they didn't include samples all together.

I had the same issue recently! My order came in without samples! Which sorta defeats the purpose of ordering online! I would have just gone to the store and saved my self to wait time if I wasn't going to receive samples.
