Yesterday I made an in-store purchase at a Sephora located in Poland. There was a bit of a language barrier, but I was never given the option to put my phone number in so I could get points for my purchase. I have the receipt and am enquiring if there is a way to get those points for my purchase.

Unfortunately the chat option is unavailable in my app so I am placing the question here.

Hi @GlenwoodAvenue I'm sorry for the confusion. Our Beauty Insider Program is only valid within the US and Canada. We will not be able to credit points to your Beauty Bank for your purchase made outside of the US/Canada.
