Rewards Frustration

Is anyone else getting frustrated with phantom rewards showing up in the Rewards Bazaar?  Every so often, I'll refresh the rewards page and see the Nars blush or Tom Ford lipstick.  Sometimes it will even let me add it to my cart, sometimes (but not always) with the message "only a few left."   But it's impossible to actually check out with either of those items in the cart. 

 

I almost feel as if Sephora is trying to lure buyers to make purchases to get these hot-ticket rewards, because sometimes you can get to the checkout page and the reward will be removed without notice.

 

Also, does anyone know if these same rewards are also available in store, or if they are only online?

I appreciate this feedback. I will forward this to the appropriate Team for review and consideration. At times, due to popular demand, rewards sell out very quickly. Please note, new rewards are released every Tuesday and Thursday around 9 AM, PT. I recommend contacting the store directly for more information on in-store rewards availability as inventory varies per location. More great rewards are being released next week!  I suggest checking back then. Thank you!
