Why is everything that I want in the bazaar always sold out? It’s so frustrating, if you don’t have enough product don’t tease us.

The rewards bazaar is an absolute scam. I have been collecting points for years and have never been able to snag anything decent. It is constantly sold out except for those stupid perfume minis that no one wants (which is why they are never sold out). I have mostly switched purchasing from sephora to ulta or nordstrom whenever possible.

@saustin74, same here!! Nordstrom and Ulta are both great at customer service and give REAL rewards!!!

Hi! I have the same issue. I keep accumulating points but never have a chance to exchange them for rewards I like - everything is constantly “sold out”. There was once a chance to exchange points for cash/gift card to use for shopping and even it was “sold out”. How the hack can that happen?? Finally, if you don’t have anything in stock for the rewards bazaar, just show it that way on the web - rather than teasing with all the cool stuff that is always sold out. Sephora, this is so disappointing... 🤦‍♀️

The problem seems to the lack of products in the Rewards Bazaar. I personally believe a unicorn sighting would be easier then snagging a Reward which one is supposedly entitled to!!! No wonder Sephora says rewards above 750 points ship free they know they only have to send maybe one or two a week!! I watch every Tuesday and Thursday as so many do and it is impossible to cash in reward points. Sephora says how they have improved our rewards and give more points for our purchases but that doesn’t matter if you can never redeem your points. Smoke and mirrors or just like a street corner shell game we ain’t never gonna win this scam!!!
