Rewards Bazaar....waste of time

I had the $100 reward in my cart last week and this week and both tines it was removed from my cart by Sephora. When I called them to complain, I was advised that if you got it once, chances of getting it again are slim to none. They want to give others who haven’t gotten it a fair chance as well. That’s why I’m now done shopping at Sephora, BS like this doesn’t sit right with me.

Hi @cindycin I apologize for the misinformation provided when you called. Every Rouge client has the same chance to redeem it, whether or not you have redeemed it before. I appreciate your feedback and will share it with the appropriate departments for future improvements.
