Rewards Bazaar is a joke

The sephora rewards bazaar section is a joke.According to sephora it was suppose to be a reward but how is it a reward if no one can get it. I was a sephora memeber for a long time so I have alot points.I never really use them because everytime something nice came up it was always sold out.The sephora claim there will be new reward every Tuesday and Thursday morning 9AM and everything is "coming soon".For example the urban decay the good influence kit, there is only four.It make no sense cuz sephora don't give specific time of what is being release. sephora think I will have time to check on the app every second of my life????

Yo literallyy I opened up the app at 9 and kept refreshing and nothing showed up. I was trying to get a decent reward with my 3000 points but the only rewards available are the 100 points ones and they're all literally samples.

Thank you!

Re: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

I completely agree. There are no decent perks For being a Rouge. How can you redeem rewards for a gift card that never even shows up. Then you get lied to that it did by a manager - when clearly you are on their app and nothing ever visibly shows to purchase. It’s very misleading. And I don’t do business with companies like that. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

100% agree. Towards the end of the year I got Rouge again and was hesitant to choose a Rouge “Gift” because they never seem to have any open appointments for makeovers at my sephora so 5 free makeovers would have been pointless, and as this post mention there are never any good rewards available in the Bazaar and finally we already receive free shipping as Rouge.
When I finally went to select my “gift” I noticed it had disappeared. I reached out to Sephora and was told that there would be no more Rouge gifts Sephora had ended the program without telling anyone. I loved Sephora because of how they treated their customers but I have officially had it. I used to go out of my way to shop at Sephora because of the perks. Well now there are no perks left.

RE: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

I totally agree. I have over 3500 points for nothing. I have no idea what to do with them. Ugh!

Re: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

This is an older post, but I agree.  I have never gotten a decent reward.  It's always sold out when I go to check out.  Terrible system.  That's why I buy most of my cosmetics from Sephora's major competitor (I don't know if i can type it here or not).  Keep missing out on my money Sephora.  Your Rouge program is a joke.

Re: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

This whole program is ridiculous! I just tried to redeem points for a $100 Gift Certificate, one of the supposed perks of being Rouge, only to be told that those are very popular, unavailable, and that I should keep checking weekly online. How can they sell out of their own gift certificates? Who has time to keep checking their non-existent stock of rewards? Worthless and ridiculous!

Re: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

Completely, completely agree. I've been looking to use my points on a rewards product for MONTHS, only to find everything they post that I actually want has already been sold out. So irritating. I just want to use the last of my rewards points and start shopping at ulta.

Rewards Bazaar is a joke

Yeah, I saw that good influencer kit and it was just one minute after they put it up and it was already gone.

RE: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

They said it was going to be up at 9AM that morning, when i open the app at 9 nothing was up and when i refresh the screen it was already gone.🤦🏻‍♀️

Re: Rewards Bazaar is a joke

It looks like customers have been complaining about the Rewards Bazaar for well over a year with nothing being done by Sephora to address their concerns. All I see is a customer service rep saying they'll pass on the feedback (to deaf ears). They seem very happy to take our money but actually following up on their promises of perks has not happened. Why spend money here if you are not being listened to or appreciated? It makes no sense to spend all of this hard earned cash to attain a reward level that offers nothing. Sephora - what are you going to do to better serve your customers?
