Rewards Bazaar disappointment

I was super excited about getting the Hourglass pallet reward, however I recently received an order cancellation email. I am very disappointed with Sephora obviously a better inventory system is needed the site is going to let more to be sold than are actually in stock.

I hear you. I had this reward and the confirmation email and then 3 days later Sephora cancelled the order. Sorry you didn't get your pallette.

Hi @wjudi72 + @moxiepancakes. So sorry you didn't receive your reward because we ran out of stock. Every Tuesday and Thursday, from 9am - 5pm PT / 12pm - 8pm ET we launch new rewards. Stay tuned.

Yes, you say oops we were out of stock. I shouldn't have had a confirmation email ...and 3 days later Sephora realizes whoops. I honestly think this is really horrible customer service.
