Rewards Bazaar Birthday Gift

Hi, I cant add my birthday gift because the add button its grey, this also happened to other items in the bazaar.

and if I go to my cart says that there are 4 items from the bazaar ready to ship, but i dont see them in my cart and I cant delete them 

I have already changed to Canada website and back to the US, but theres no change

I can’t select any of the birthday items for me

 I have 318 bazaar points and there’s only the 100 points able for me to redeem

 if I go to may cart, it says I have 2 bazaar items ready to ship, but there are not added to my cart

Hello, every order I do gets cancelled, according to the call center is because me account is suspicious, because of all the cancelled orders, that the same store cancels!!!

so now, I can’t buy, I can’t redeem my birthday gift and my points!
