Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

I recently ordered the Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar like many because it specifically states it is not a Sephora Product and that it contains makeup, skin care, & bath products.  This was grossly mis represented and negligently advertised.  I have been saving my points for years only to have spent it on this.  I have not opened it yet, but I have seen a few post the contents online and it is only what I can say, a scam.  It is full of branded Sephora handouts you would give for free at an event like sleep masks and combs.  There is literally no makeup, no skin care, and no bath and it is definitely all Sephora produced.  I definitely will require a return of this (I am more than happy to pay for shipping to have my points back (2500 points!!!!!!), I will take it into a store, whatever I have to do).  I have been buying from Sephora for years, 3 to 4 orders a month at easily over $300 per month.  This would push me over the edge with disappointment if I get stuck with this advent calendar.  I would no longer feel at peace with buying from Sephora because I feel so duped.  Please help me resolve this issue. DON'T leave us feeling so poorly about your company, please make this right.  I literally feel sick to my stomach at this point.

Re: Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

Thank you Sephora for making this right, this has restored my trust in your business!

@Alli151515 I'm so sorry the Beauty Insider Advent Calendar Reward that you recently redeemed wasn't what was expected. It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Please send me a private message with your order number or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat once more for assistance.

Re: Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

This is EXACTLY how I feel. I just posted about this as well. It’s a complete scam that was advertised incorrectly.  It clearly says not a Sephora product and it’s 100% Sephora products and no makeup, skincare, bath products.  Customer service is refusing to help.  The rep I talked to said that management will reverse any type of credit or points they try to give as they have strict instructions not to offer any compensation for this item.  I have such a sour taste. I don’t think I can even shop the upcoming sale. It’s very shady. I’m sick over this. Like throwing away $100, which is the credit this amount of points yields.  Guess this will be my last year as rouge. Well I already qualified for 2025, but now I am very jaded.

Re: Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

@Alli151515 @All Reward Bazar items are final sale so to speak. It is in the terms and conditions of being a Beauty Insider. You can not return any item from the Rewards Bazar. Sorry you don’t like it. I am sure it would make a great holiday gift for someone.

Re: Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

It will make a terrible gift for someone.  Sephora should be ashamed of themselves.  Ulta points are better, and they are starting to get the same brands if not better ones.

Re: Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

Thank you for responding.  I agree it is stated plainly in the rules, but the listing for the reward states plainly as well that it has makeup, body care, and bath items and it has none of that so I'm feeling duped and would just like to return it, even if I have to pay for the shipping.

Re: Rewards Bazaar Advent Calendar

Agreed and here is a screenshot! I got duped and I am done with Sephora if they leave it this way. So sad and it is called fraud!
