Rewards ALWAYS sold out!

I see that it has been over a year since someone complained about the rewards always being sold out.  On this site anyway, I am sure it must be a daily complaint.  There has been nothing done by Sephora to rectify this.  One poster suggested Sephora should stop this bogus reward system and stop scamming customers.  Since it has not been an on-going complaint for years, I agree, time to stop Sephora!!

So true!!!!! At one point I had over 2000 points and every time I try to purchase the 799+ and everything ALL the time is sold out. THIS SUCKS!!!!!

It’s funny how this is still in going and not one second is spent to fix this problem. There’s probably no talks of any solutions! The only thing available is to donate. Maybe that’s why it’s always sold out because they want to force us to donate!

Totally agree! I'm considering switching to Ulta due to this. It beyond ridiculous! Thousands of dollars spent but no chance to get decent rewards due to the inevitable sold out tag on anything over 500 points.

This is absolutely ridiculous and there has STILL not been a HELPFUL RESPONSE FROM SEPHORA with a plan to resolve this!! I doubt the rewards are ever even available and they just post them sold out as a joke to keep people coming back in hopes that we can one day actually spend our points that we have earned from making so many purchases. It's a huge slap in the face. I've been a Rogue member and spend way too much for this false advertisement of a "reward" system. This and the terrible customer "service" they have is the last straw. Off to a new beauty shop that actually gives a fuk about their customers! 🙂

Agreed! I came on here to make the same complaint. Almost every single time I check they are sold out. There is usually something I'd like to get but hardly get the chance. get an email about new rewards, so I go to check the app.....all sold out. how?!

Right??? And since this sale has been going there haven’t been rewards to redeem! Obviously people are spending money to stock up on purchases this week!

Yes, another Rouge member here who is fed up with Sephora's "reward" system. I really wish there was an Ulta closer than 3 hours away from me because I'd be switching to buying entirely from them in a heartbeat.

I agree. I'm Rouge and can never redeem any of my points. The second I come online when the Rewards are supposed to "drop", they are all already sold out. And shouldn't there be a greater quantity available online since the stores are all closed?

I have thousands of points just sitting in my account because everything is ALWAYS sold out. It's infuriating. Why even bother having this program?
