Reward redemption keeps getting canceled

Hello! I've tried to redeem the Caudalie 4000 points reward twice now and Sephora keeps canceling my order without letting me know and telling me why. Yet, the reward is still available for redemption on the website right now. This is getting quite frustrating! Can you please either redeem the reward for me or take it off the website of its sold out?
