Today is my birthday and I'm really disappointed with Sephora. I wanted to use my beauty points to get some stuff as well as the free birthday gift. However because sephora doesn't have a 750 point option for me to click I can't get anything. Which is odd because I'm trying to spend 900 points in total. This is ridiculous and absolutely annoying especially since the customer service woman I spoke on the phone told me I'd have to wait until next year for the birthday gift.

@tia101 From your post, it sounds like you're trying to order multiple point perks (totalling 900 points) plus your birthday gift. If that's the case, i don't think the order will go through until you add merchandise you can purchase to your cart. 

Your ur birthday gift can be picked up in store for free (no purchase required) OR you can add it to an online order when you're purchasing items. 

Point perks that are 750 points or more ship free but you can't add smaller point perks, your birthday gifts, or purchase items in the same order; you can only redeem larger point perks to ship free. Smaller point perks (100, 250, or 500 point perks) don't ship free no matter how many you add to your cart. You can add them when you are purchasing items and include your birthday gift then. 

I apologize if I misunderstood the situation from your post and this isn't the case! If I misunderstood, please clarify or hopefully a mod will be able to assist you later.

I appreciate that you are trying to help I don't live near a Sephora store. Also the there isn't currently a item worth 750 points so I can't get anything. I have 965 points to spend but because of the 750 point spending minimum I can't get anything. Which if that's their rule then they should always have a 750 item on the rewards options.

As @lachaton clarified, a point perk ONLY ships free if it is worth 750 points or more. 

If you spend points on smaller perks to add up to over 750 points, your order will not ship free. 

There are no current available 750 pt perks to any one of us. If you don't see any, it's because Sephora hasn't made any available - they don't automatically pop up for you if you have enough points.

@tia101 If you're just trying to redeem your birthday gift, then it doesn't matter if there's a 750 point perk or not. You'd still have to make a purchase to redeem the gift online. 

If if you're just trying to use your points on a higher point perk, you wont need to use them right away. You can hold onto them until new perks are released because it's a separate issue from your birthday gift redemption.

If your birthday month already passed or you input your birthdate late that would happen. Or you redeemed your birthday gift already so you're unable to get a second one. Hope this helps! Did customer service provide any explanation for you?

I received the Tarte BD promo which disintegrated the first time I put it in my MU bag. Not a huge loss - color too light.
